DEMO MODE
Changes are disabled in the demo.
You are viewing a read-only demonstration. Browse everything freely — adding, editing and deleting are switched off so the demo stays tidy for everyone.
For each screen we answer the same questions — what it is, why it exists, how to use it, who it is for, and what business problem it solves.
Setup Checklist
A guided list of everything that must be configured before your desk goes live, with each item ticking itself off as you complete it.
What is it?
A single admin screen listing the configuration steps a new installation needs — company details, departments, staff accounts, email connection, branding, business hours and security. Completed steps are detected automatically and marked done.
Why does it exist?
A helpdesk configured half-way is worse than no helpdesk: tickets arrive with no owner, emails never send, and customers get silence. The checklist makes "ready to go live" an objective state rather than an opinion.
How does it work?
1Open Admin → Setup Checklist immediately after installation.
2Work down the list; each row links straight to the screen that completes it.
3Green items are verified by the system, not self-reported — an untested mail connection stays red.
4Re-check the list after any major change, such as adding a department or changing your mail server.

WHAT MANAGEMENT ACHIEVES
Nobody has to remember the twelve things that must be true before customers are pointed at the new support address.
In practice
A hosting company installs on Friday, works the checklist for two hours, and points support@ at the desk on Monday morning knowing that mail, departments, SLAs and staff logins have all been verified.
