DEMO MODE
Changes are disabled in the demo.
You are viewing a read-only demonstration. Browse everything freely — adding, editing and deleting are switched off so the demo stays tidy for everyone.
For each screen we answer the same questions — what it is, why it exists, how to use it, who it is for, and what business problem it solves.
Security
Two-factor enforcement, session rules, login protection, IP restrictions and the audit log — in one place.
What is it?
The security control panel: password policy, two-factor requirements per role, session timeout, login rate limiting and lockout, IP allow-lists for administrative access, PII masking, and access to the full audit log.
Why does it exist?
Your helpdesk holds the contact details, complaints and documents of every customer you have. It deserves the same seriousness as your accounting system.
How does it work?
1Require two-factor authentication for all administrators, then for staff.
2Set session timeout to something appropriate for shared machines.
3Leave login rate limiting on; it stops password guessing outright.
4Restrict administrative access by IP if your team works from fixed locations.
5Review the audit log monthly — it records who did what, and when.

WHAT MANAGEMENT ACHIEVES
A defensible answer to the question every serious customer eventually asks: how is our data protected?
In practice
A staff member deletes a ticket by mistake and blames a glitch. The audit log shows the account, the timestamp and the IP address — and the backup restores the record.
