What every user can change about their own account.

Profile

Name, contact details, timezone and signature. The timezone affects how timestamps display to you and nobody else.

Password

Change it from Account. If you have forgotten it, use the lost-password link — the reset expires quickly and can only be used once.

Notifications

Choose which events email you. Agents who receive an email for every event in every department stop reading all of them; select only the ones that require you to act.

Two-factor

Enrol from Account. Save the recovery codes somewhere other than the device running the authenticator.
